Lasun Khobra Chutney
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sliced dry coconut
- 1/2 cup garlic loves
- almost 20-25 garlic cloves
- 1 small katori red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- salt to taste

- Peanuts and Dry coconut: Both reduce the pungency of the chutney.
- Add red chili powder: It make chutney spice and brigt red in color to reduce the spice level, use Kashmiri red chili powder

Step 1- Preparing the ingredients
- Peel the 25-30 garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- Grate the coconut.
- Red chili powder to the desired level of spiciness.

- Heat oil in a small saucepan.

- Add the garlic in the hot oil. Lightly fry garlic
Step 4-Tempring coconut
- Add the coconut and cumin seed and mix well.
