Ingredients
- 1 Bowl Bhagar
- 1 potato
- 1 cup Peanuts
- 2 green chili
- 3 cup water
- 2 tsop oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 Lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Preparing the Ingredients: Mix well all ingredients until smooth batter.
- Heat oil : heat oil in a deep pan over the medium heat
- green chilies Fry them for about 45 seconds

So here we have to take bhagar, potato, peanuts, green chili
Step-2 Rinse the Bhagar
Now what will we do before cooking rines the bhagar under running water 3-4 times the help remove any impurities and excess starch, preventing the grains from becoming too sticky.
Step- 3 Heat oil
In a pan heat oil over medium heat let it sizzle for a few seconds.
Step- 4 Add cumin seeds

Now add chopped green chili as soon as the amount is ready. after that, we will fry them remember that green chili tend to to stick , stir a little carefully. as soon

Now add potatoes have cut into them. we will cut it very thin like this,we have potatoes so that they get cooked quickly.you can also add small potato cubes at this stage and saute until they turn golden.
Step- 7 Add Peanuts
If you want some crunch to dish, throw in the peanuts. I have added peanuts here so that there is salt in the peanuts they get crushed well and after that mix them.n the peanuts and stir them for 2-3 minutes until they are lightly roasted. and add red chili powder.

Now let it cool down and cook it for 3 minuates. in 3 minuats the potatoand peanuts will be cooked well. see have pressed the potato and seen it is cooked. if yours is called potato then cook it in just one.
Step- 9 Add bhagar
Now we will addwhatever was there in it.Ii have added this bhagar in it and mixed it this is what bhagarSingh says whe adding water .there will be a little more than a tsp in it so keep in mind that the quantity is according to you hardly last for 1 minute afterthata, i have added one and a 1and half glass of water and cover again and we will cook it for two minutes. see
